A (slightly belated) birthday gift for the darling 
, of their super-cute circus characters Pestle and Mortar!! These two are such absolute cuties and just, ohmygosh thank you for all the wonderful things you've done for me, dear. 
, of their super-cute circus characters Pestle and Mortar!! These two are such absolute cuties and just, ohmygosh thank you for all the wonderful things you've done for me, dear. This was such a fun piece to do, though the watercolors aren't ideal--I ended up drawing on the backside of the watercolor paper, so I wasn't able to control the colors as well (they kept spreading and somesuch), so I'm not super-satisfied with how Pestle looks... then again, I still tend to trip up over darker skin tones, so. :s
But still, this was so much fun to do, and I hope that you guys like it~ Mortar and his fire-breathing were definitely very fun to do. I'm starting to figure out how to use yellow...
